Using SubTrack

SubTrack helps you keep track of the subscriptions and bills you enter yourself, and reminds you before they renew. You add and manage your own entries; the app does not connect to your bank and cannot pay, renew, pause or cancel any subscription for you. Cancelling always happens with the service provider directly.

Reminders are a helper, not a guarantee

We work hard to deliver reminders on time, but delivery depends on your device, its battery settings and notification permissions. Always confirm important renewal dates with the provider. We are not responsible for charges you incur because a reminder was missed, delayed or ignored.

Your content

The subscriptions, payments, categories, payment methods and notes you add are yours, and you are responsible for their accuracy. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Export data.

Optional account and sync

You can use SubTrack fully without an account. If you choose to sign in, your data also syncs to your account so it is available on your other devices. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

Paid features

Some features may be offered as paid upgrades. The price is always shown before you buy, and a purchase is covered by the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

Use SubTrack only for lawful purposes, and do not try to disrupt, overload or interfere with the app or the services it relies on.

Provided "as is"

SubTrack is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the app, including charges from subscriptions you forgot to cancel.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available here in the app, with the date shown at the top.
